Personal Branding…Now Is That Like Dragging A Cow Down And Branding Him?

Posted on 06. Jan, 2011 by in Online Marketing, Social Media Tips-n-Tricks

Hello, You guys are very lucky that this post is finally here! MAN! I’ve been working with a new program called Camtasia for making videos and let me tell you… YOU SHOULD NEVER, I say never work with something new when you need to get something done fast! Like this blog post, that was suppose to be out yesterday! A little late, SORRY… but hey, I know what I’m doing now after 7 failed attempts… Hehehe!

Yep, when you’re rockin-n-rolling and things are going just perfect… that’s when something just has to flub everything up, right?… like never doing a powerpoint or using camtasia before in my life until the day I need to have something finished! SO big warning my friend… DON’T ever use something new, when you are on a dead line… my advice… take it for what it is! A huge lesson for me!

I thought a Personal Brand was like branding cattle… what do I know?

Ya, this country gal had never heard of personal branding… I thought maybe it was like TRYING to grab a cow, wrestle him to the ground, stick the HOT branding iron on his butt… that was branding to me! So what did I know about branding? I guess not a dog gone thing, right?

Okay, that’s just a little joke… although, I really didn’t know what or how to build a personal brand! But I really started tuning in quickly on what a personal brand was and who was creating their own brand! So I guess I best be listen up, huh? So that’s just what I did, I started listening and learning! Now, what about you? Are you going to learn what’s working in the market place on the Internet?

Open Your Eyes, Look Within!

Are You Satisfied With The Life You’re Living?

These are very POWERFUL words, my friend! Look within… before it’s to late! I share 5 tips with you on how to do just that!

  1. Look inside of yourself and ask… Is there more to me than just what I am right now?
  2. When I look at my life what do I see?
  3. Does FEAR hold you back?
  4. Do you think you have FOREVER to live your life?
  5. Why not live it right now, huh? WHY NOT?

I hope you had fun here today and gained some valuable tips on what, how and why you should create your brand! It’s so rewarding to help you learn more about yourself, to empower you to become more than what you see now!

Have a wonderful week and if you loved this and felt others would get some great value and tips… then PLEASE share it with your friends on Facebook and Twitter or any of your other favorite social media sites!

I want to thank you for hanging out with me today, it’s been FUN! I hope you come back soon!

To Happiness and Success,

    Wendy,
Thank you too girl. Yep, this is what you get… me! I’m silly sometimes, LOVE TO LAUGH… very serious too… but I want to give some fun to my videos and trainings… I’m a pretty monotone person as i tried to do videos… boring! So I told myself to just be more expressive in my voice!
This is all so new to me… so I’m learning a lot and I’m glad that you all are enjoying it!
    Thanks for all your support!

    @Erika Olson, Erika,
Thanks so much for coming by my blog and for the great compliment… that makes me feel good!
I was having bad problems yesterday in my Wp backoffice… couldn’t comment, was messing with my posts I was trying to do, it wouldn’t let me put images in… it was just one dog gone thing after another… and I had things promise to do this week… so I’m doing a video instead of what happens when things don’t go as planned… when techi problems come in, when goals aren’t met… cause this is what i experienced this week during this important week… i had post that were suppose to go out on specific days… 2 didn’t get to happen… so instead of feeling the way I started feeling which was pretty bummed… I decided that I could continue to let my emotions get me down… or i could just put it out there to my followers that Sh*t happens and move on!
Thanks for letting me vent amd share my frustrations… but New day… host gator worked me through all the probs after almost 2 hours!
Take it easy and thanks again for stopping by and you come back too!
Take care my new friend and have a great weekend,
    Christina

Great message. I’m glad you pushed through the technical difficulties. I noticed you mentioned Value a lot in this video. You nailed it. Attention spans are limited these days. If you aren’t over the top with value, you lost ‘em from the get…

You are going to love camtasia… Very powerful for Branding

@Nick Logan, Hey Eric, Here you are again… Thanks for leaving me comments… Love it!
Ya value is very important to me, I’ve really learned in this past year of watching you all become successful, and seen all the value you guys gave back to us… and I loved that and wanted to learn to do the same when I decided to start a blog!
To have YOU give me such a great compliment… it shows me that I have truly listened to you all as I was learning… and I’m doing it right!
I’m going to have to practice up on that program, but what I have seen already it’s a very powerful tool to have!
Have a great day… Come back and visit!
